anyone know where knowledge glove designs drop?? need info please post thanks

those do not exist, only full item drop/spoil can get you the gloves. Or other players.

I believe you can get them from the pirates treasure question on AI too. I got a pair of elven mithril gloves that way and I think knowledge are a reward also.

Stratic says it's elven mithril and sage gloves only.

Weird, sage's don't complete any set either.

Punchers in the wasteland as well as Wyrms near giran drop knowledge gloves. I got like 2 pair while leveling in the wasteland.

Just a little correction, the guide on stratics is not exhaustive. Thats the reported rewards after numerous attempts. This doesn't mean that there can't be other rewards just not reported yet.

that site i trust only for drops, as the spoil function of the sniffer is reportedly malfunctioning.

I spent maybe 1 full level to get a pair off them. Not sure if I got lucky or if it was just within the chance, but I would estimate something like 1/600. I didn't stick around to get another pair and the few kills of them later didn't turn up anymore either.

ya sucks l2stratics doesnt have the drop rate

I got a knowledge gloves while I was hunting on wyrms with my human wizard.
