According to the informations a clan lvl 2 can "Use Clan Message Board" and a lvl 3 clan can "Make Clan Announcements".

But what is the difference?

Is the "Use Clan Message Board" through the Community function and the "Make Clan Announcements" an announcement one can make on the chat window just like the normal Ls announcement(like "Welcome to Lineage2 ....."

Thx for all your replies.

One of those is for clan members only, and the other accesible for everyone.

Clan announcement is a small window that pops up when clan member logs into the game. Only clan leader can turn it on and off and change its contents.

In the last *tab like* part of the Comunity Window
(Blue Links on White Ground)
You can change access to clan comunity.

If its needed i can post screenshot tomorrow
