Its a fact that they officially released a book with C4 drops. Wether its on their site, I can't say with 100% certainty...I know the droplist sites currently have (including stratics) is from the korean sites, but wether its the official one I don't know/remember.
I am not going to go over trying to translate it for you and the forum doesn't allow for those kinds of characters. Click on them, then compare to the NA unofficial lists on other sites and you will see they match.

its obviously some sort of mathematical equation that proves they have nuclear armaments!. i mean we, regular englishpeaking people all agree dont we; anything fundamentally mathematical must be related to them having nukes.
>:D
on as erious note, im not sure why Koreans use 1/2 A * B.
you can easily understand it even if you do not understand korean.. just make it a clicking game! First a list of monsters come up.. I don't know korean, but pressing a name gave me a mob I knew from dwarven lands. Somewhere under its picture I saw something that seemed like a list, so I clicked all em links..
Guess what, it showed images of the drops I know that mob drops (Broadsword blades, short leather gloves etc.), so I knew that was the droplist.

Wow amazing, funny how commen sense and deduction is.
Thank you Devinewolf for showing to every one how dumb and argumentative SirE is, now only thing SirE cares about is post count, and I can't see why he has the highest of that. if only he'd go play and lvl a bit more then he has!
BTW my sig is not right, I have no time to play cause of finals, and school > L2 !!!!
You only have to be good at clicking really.. thats how I managed to find the Art forum, the drop lists (which is easy to guess.. you have both a map of where the mob is located + picture of it + picture of the drops if you just click a little around), C5 info (which I would never understand if it hadnt been for hellrose + translators) etc..

So tell me where it has the rate? I didn't see that either, genius. Bottom line is that the site isn't terribly useful if you are looking for a specific drop.

If you worked hard enough during the school year, finals would make that much of a difference. I had 2 majors (Math & Computer Science) and rarely studied for finals.
I really hope one of your finals is in spelling. Some new material might be nice, too.

If you had spent more time with copy-paste and google translator like I just did now instead of posting, you might have known..
But since I plowed through the site inch for inch plus asked my korean friend on irc on the parts the translator didnt give me much of an answer, I found your answer:
There is no rates on the site, only a list of drops. To explain the site: You have a list of monsters, dunno about the names but there is a picture of the mob + a picture of where it roams there.
Just under the picture of the mob, you see lots of korean text (links). Clicking on the first one will most likely bring you to adena. To explain the top text there: Item icon, item life, weight and description. On the 100% thingy behind some stuff on that drop list, I think it means the mob might drop the weapon (not 100%), but that there is a 100% recipe tied to that weapon or it means you might get the recipe, cause I saw some (70%) on lvl 60-70 mobs for jewelry n stuff.
On the moblist, the first top dropdown bar is level of the mob, second is area classification (not sure what that means), territory classification, third im not sure of and last is detailed area (?). Anyways, just find the mob by level range + plowing through the list.
So next time you post, clicking + google translator + possible korean friend = bling bling :D
And drop lists are still very useful if looking for a specific drop.
There's only one place that has drop rates, and it only has those because it uses an illegal 3rd party tool to sniff the drops of your client, then generate a report which you then upload.
All the NA droplists you see comes from this official droplist one way or the other.
Find the picture of ur stuff, think about previous drops you have gotten to guess the level ranges, and try to find the same match of the name :).. Require some work, yes, but it works..
Another way: Beg NCNA alot more so we can get the same list translated (with %?) on the official site)
As you may know SirE, I've made several "click-through" guides, and I actually had an unfinished one for the Korean drop lists when Stratics released theirs.
It's not terribly difficult.
Base mats you can recognise by quantities listed in recipes (which are cross-linked from some place), key mats you can recognise by coming from the item lists using copy and paste.

Never heard of one but then I don't visit that site. We were discussing the Korean site, however.
1. I said drop lists in general.
2. Using a derived site like stratics or others is not a translator.
What the hell kind of point are you trying to make? Jute asked if it was true that NCSoft Korea released drop lists on their site, which was confirmed. What on earth you're trying to get at is beyond me.

The problem, LC, is that you assumed that I was being argumentative. I already said I wasn't. I merely asked where the drops were listed (I was shown) and if it had rates as well (I was told there wasn't). Get over yourself and stop looking for fights where there wasn't one.
Hm, I thought... well, nevermind. Here (http://img472.imageshack.us/img472/7297/officialfashionpreview1gu.jpg) is one of them. Navigating a site in a language you don't understand, as long as you have a rough expectation of what you're going to find, is really not difficult.
All my initial posts are answers to questions being put. The only thing even remotely arguementative is the 8th or so post about it being drop lists, not drop rates.
But I am done with this silliness, the origional questions have all been answered.
