Help from an EE? Decrease Weight Question

I've been looking, but I can't find any info on how this skill works - what effect does it have exactly?

As far as I'm aware, it reduces only the actual penalty for carrying heavy stuff instead of increasing the weight capacity, but how does that work out?

Does each level of the buff lower the penalty level by 1? Does it move the levels at which the penalties activate?

I'm just curious, but what else could you expect from a skill name "Decreased weight"?

Although its uses are limited, its a great skill if u wanna sell soul/spirit shots overnight (you can carry a lot more) and its good if you hunt for a long time to prevent having to restock with stuff.

Its a value depending of your char's CON.

There goes the idea for that build. I guess not completely nerfed CON is still required!

I haven't done a rigorous study, but at level 61, it decreases your effective carrying weight by about 10-15 percent. It definitely isn't a set amount, it affects the same amount for my dwarf as my elf.

Just so we're clear, it doesn't increase the maximum amount you can carry like the 7 signs buff does.

So it's like - "I have 65% weight but still no penalty" or something like that?

Really? Ok that sucks big time then... well still good for pve and all, but doesn't help with sell shops then :(
