Queen Cat Buffs

Hey just got the queen cat, and the buffs it gives are level 1 effect 1, was wondering if blessing of the queen and gift of queen upgrade to effect 3 at later levels or if they're maxed such as a BD off the get go. Thanks.

They increase not sure at what level but I think level two in mid 60's and 3 at 70.

Queen effect level 2 is the level 62 skill set. If i remember effect level 3 is the level 72 skillset.

Save some SP and only level the queen cat at the new effect levels.

Thanks for the replies...won't be needing any extra sp though lol, my SR hit 75 and i have 40 mil sp...and my warlock at the 56 skill set had just under 1 mil left over, I die a lot >.<
