Mine is lvl 59 and her accuracy fully buffed is 89 with Tsu*Sls and BW heavy ... Ill have to check unbuffed.
So at lvl 52 my accuracy was slightly lower than 82 (due to the fact that guidance buff goes up a lvl at 56 thus increasing buffed accuracy)
Accuracy goes down with a dagger. Apparently its quite noticable with a mystic. Ill have to check that too
I dontk now exact values, but prophet at any lvl has no problems with hitting white mobs, when you will hit dark red mobs our accuracy will be noticable. Dagger has 4 less acc than duals.

Completly agree. Even yellow mobs I rarely miss. Once you hit light red and dark red... well it all goes downhill from there.
