One would assume that the C5 forum is confirmation.
Its been confirmed that C5 will never come to the NA servers...ever. Its been skipped and so will C6, but we will be getting C7. :p
I don't think they need to confirm that we're getting C5, lol.
oh sure they do! Saying the C5 forums is confirmation is silly... that's like saying the "Game suggestions" forum confirms the devs take into account our suggestions.

Well, they say they take into account some of the suggestions that make sense to the game.
C5 is coming. That is the idea.
However, I don't think you were being literal in that statement. I do think that you were touching upon something that I was wondering about.
I think that we don't really get to participate in the new chronicles like our Korean bretheren. It seems that they have more say, get to really test more. They get teasers etc.
Ever since they put up the C5 forum I've been checking the boards for any information that might be pertinant, that gives us some extra clue as to what we will be getting.
If NC played it right they would be giving us just enough info to make us want more but keep it small to make us want more.
NCNA has stated that they don't put out any information at all while Korea is testing, since Korea might change it before it goes to NA.
We also already know that very little, if anything, changes between the Korean live version and our live version.
Thus, we'll get an official statement on what is going to the C5 NA-PTS once it's a foregone conclusion what will be going live.
We test localization and anything that might get inadvertently screwed up in the transfer process. Nothing else. Don't like what you see on the Korean PTS? Reroll now, because we're getting the same thing.
Don't want to derail the thread, but since I got asked twice, I'm semi-leaving the PS behind. I'd gone inactive on him in C3 and played a few other classes, made him my main again with C4 (especially when Anna made her ES), but looking at C5 I just don't have the heart to keep him my main. To me, there's just no point in having a main I can't PvP with in a PvP-heavy game. Back to alt status he goes. The nuking PS+SE thing was doing ok but not quite high enough level to be definitive, if anyone was curious.
I have a human wizard sitting on his last class change quest to pick between necro and sorc (I'll probably pick when C5 goes live in Korea), and in the meantime I'm making a Destroyer to putz around with.
A bit more on topic, Hellrose will be sorely missed. I suspect we'll find out about C6 after it's already live in Korea.

It is a bit discouraging that so far ALL of the infor about latest developments are coming from players (eg: Hellrose) as opposed to the actual NCNA staff. Remember the Website Hellrose put up for C4? That thing was awesome.
On the other hand, we didn't even get a sniff by the NCNA team on anything C4 :(
