gain Adena ?

ok I'm a Dark Elf Fighter of level 19 and I just want to know what can I do to gain a ''considerable'' number of adena ? I have some problem in collecting some gold.
Don't use shots. Or any consumables like potions and such.
Farm greens.
Do the manor (instructions elsewhere).
Play with the market (takes time).
Join a clan that can outfit you from their leftover things (requires a level of trust from the clan, though).

Take your time doing every money-making quest you find. Contrary to popular belief you are NOT supposed to get top grade equipment the second you hit that grade. If you've been diligent you should be able to afford top NG the time you hit D grade proficiency. That's how the game was designed, and how it can and should be played.

Or you can do what the masses of people who completely missed the point did, forget about patience and buy yourself adena. Whatever floats your boat, that money isn't out of my pocket. Although I'd like to be there to see the faces of the people who spend money on buying game stuff when they get older, get a clue and realize they've been wasting money on absolutely nothing..
If I was able to get brig in prelude (sans helm) at level 25... it's 10x easier to do it now.
is there quest that could help me get a good deal of money ?
For dark elves, I generally do the Spore quest until I can jump up to the Spider quest (talk to the NPC's in town that have the ! over their heads). The spiders are well worth your time until they begin to turn dark blue, if you're in need of money...6k for 10 quest items with a high drop rate is nothing to sneeze at when you're level 20. Both quests are easy to find.

For both, I would actually recommend you simply take the quest, use the gatekeeper to port to the location, kill until you have enough quest items, then SoE back. You lose money on the porting and scrolls, but per unit time you actually gain considerably more money than the alternatives.

At level 21, there is a one-time quest that will take 15 minutes or less and net you 100k or more. It's a nice DE perk. The quest starts in the temple.

I believe there is also a ~17 quest for a perfect skull, given in the same temple. Approx 70k for very little effort, if memory serves, just don't bother collecting skulls once you have a perfect one.

Dark elves have some of the best newbie quests in the game.
lmao...friend, I don't even know how to answer your question anymore!
Ruliya gave you the 'right' answer. Do those things.

You'll figure out how everyone around you gets all that cool stuff as the game progresses.
My opinion? Don't cheat to get the good stuff. Slowly work your way up---knowing that you won't get enough adena from hunting and quests to get top grade gear within the levels you can use it effectively.

If you do that? There will be 2 of us.........

if only everyone realized that

if only everyone realized that

Or that the difference between the highest-end stuff and the stuff easily attainable by merely hunting efficiently is trivial under normal circumstances.
If you want to make more money, delevel back to say 15 and to the spore quest in DE village again and again and again. Or roll a DE mystic and to the quest. It is one of the best money making quests in the game.

Brig yes, even though it costs a bit more these days with the castle taxes and all, it's still around half a million after all. That much you can easily make in 1-20. Weapon is another matter, though, and these days you need jewelry as well (unless you specifically avoid the casting mobs, but 21+ has the bestest evar adena quest which involves nuking eyes.

I suppose some people make adena better than others, I suck at it because I suck at handling money in general :). Making adena (really earning a lot of it) involves a great deal of patience in this game, so if you don't have that, you'll end up doing the instant-lose-thing, and buy your stuff out of game.

And just for the record, I started a twinked alt a few days ago, she's now 24 and has 800k adena. I've bought her all the stuff with another char, so that 800k is what she has accumulated over 24 levels plus selling a top NG weapon back to NPC store (123k). And I didn't particularly farm or grind the adena quests, I just leveled like I always do, the slow way without spamming anything.
There is a non-repeatable DE quest that gives 42K - not bad for a beginner quest - don't know which one it is though. Check here, or on lineage2.stratics.com.

Dark Elven area is under control of Oren manor, so if they have the manor setup for low level seeds, read up on the manor - I was able to get hundreds of varnish at lvl 15. And do the spore quest at the same time. d-lvl to 15, make your money, then go back up to 20. Then you will have plenty of SP for all your skills, be in good D gear, and ahead of the game.

That's just my opinion.

Spider quest makes better money, though, and lets you actually use that money productively (upgrading D-grade gear, as the quest works at lv20).
Unfortunately the spiders are camped. There are roughly two <unmentionable things to avoid post/thread removal due to overzealous moderators> for one spider in the area. And if you manage to kill a few of them, they just port right back.
It varies. There weren't that many bots there when my Raider ran through for his quest, but I've seen days when your assessment would be spot on.

If there's room for a player in there, it's the superior option, I believe.

Speaking of wasting money on nothing at all...

Now that I am older, want to tell me why I'm paying in to Social Security again?

well, not exactly true. The programs avoid reds, so only really reason to PK one, then they gave me some room. Makes 1-20 a bit more exciting as well in my opinion. Nearly had to do a sineater by the time I hit 20 on my SO...lol.

If you do that? There will be 2 of us.........

Make that 3. :P

I only have a little advice.

Manor well
Manor a lot
Manor often
Craft
Craft
Craft
Craft
Craft

And if you see something for cheaper than it's worth and you have the money....BUY IT. Even if it's something stupid or something you can't use. Buy it. Then sell it for what it IS worth. :P

That's all.

I don't know about you, I do it for the possible occurrence of something that makes me lose my job and any income I might have. If that never happens, lucky me, but better safe than sorry.
