good question!!! I've never even heard of it.

I wonder if it is one of those rare items like Elven Robes and therefore drop only?

Yeah It's one of the mid D grade swords that is drop only. It is the equivalent of a Bastard Sword or Artisan Sword. (or Spinebone Sword, which is drop/craft only.)

Although with the Blacksmith of Mammon im pretty sure you can just buy a Bastard Sword/Artisan Sword from Giran and exchange it for a knights sword with him.

Correct. Knight Sword has the prelude Elven Sword graphic :)

Right :) people use to dual an elven sword with a knight sword (c1 and prior) because they looked exactly the same. Then in C2 they changed the elven sword to something much smaller.

I love the knight sword graphic personally.

Me too. When I think C1, besides "Doom Dagger" Dark Screamers, I think Bastard*Elven swords.

Ah... sweet memories. The game has changed so much since then...

easiest way should be the blacksmith of Mammon, just get you a bastard sword and trade.
