Where a monitor spawned next to you just help you with your problems.
now they just delete it.
I bet this topic will be deleted too. Oh no it is not in the right section ..................
Yeah what happened with that. Or when you were out goofing off somewhere, and started typing just crazy stuff in local chat knowing that no one was around for miles then out of the blue

Monitor23: umm are you ok? Should I call someone? I hear Aden has a pretty white room you can sit in. And they even give you a pretty white coat. Sound good?

I miss the early days of Lin1 long before this whole market of real life currency to game currency started :(
Sadly its everywhere though, and obviously there is a market for it. Maybe its time to go back to the table top, you know slip the DM his favorite snack "500 bonus xp" :)
Interesting enough, on my first day of playing L2, I was outside the West entrance of Dark Elf village and I saw a character that looked like an NPC with what I believe was a crest over her head. However, if memory serves me right, the clothing that this toon was wearing was nothing that I've ever seen ingame.

I walked up to her and asked her what the symbol above head meant but she vanished.

I could have sworn it was a gm. Having played the game since I would think that it was just a person who was part of clan. However I still don't believe that I've ever seen the clothing that she wore. Either my memory is wrong or gm's used to walk amonst us.
I had the same thing happen! Way way back around OB times i remember seeing a male mystic wearing some black robe that resembled demon, named BlackStone I think. I could just be fuzzy but I don't think I've seen that armor again. (I believe demon still looked like a skirt back then though)
at one point the gms did walk among us there are tons and tons of ss of gms doing totaly crazy things. GMs joining player groups. GMs actualy talking to players ingame. This was comonplace in prelude / c1 in c2 they just disapeard however
Thats becuase we dont matter anymore :(
I really miss the Beta on TI. Tons of ppl there and if you could buy like a broadsword for like 2k less then what the npc sold it for it was sweet. Also remember where i got like 2-3 Giant Toads after me lol, they were so big and helped each other! :p Was some good times for sure....

I wish I'd discovered this game before C1. I've never seen a GM :(
I saw one at my first siege and one at Antharas, but they were "naked"

And of course at the battle tourney in their finest.
i the GM race is very seceritavy they only come out of there hole during the season of first mouth of some season called a new chronicale and only on the island of the PTS rumor has it they even like to cause CHAOS before they go deep underground intill the next PTS....

yeah i try to hard lol :P
If you run in the Nuetral zone, there are 4 towers that you used to get teleported to for GM's to talk to you =].

My friend has a SS of a GM dancing for him when he asked him to =p
It could be a peice of armor that turned out like the plate sheild
Anyone remember the sheild in prelude or C1 it was blue really long,it was upside down, and ran up your arm.
I miss prelude when you could find a party in the LE starting area, and run into town and it would have so many shops it would be like Giran is now. :(
I used to be betatester and played in c1. I remember being in armor/weapon shop for the first time and it was sooo crowded that i couldnt move (DE city that is) and then i got lost *didnt know what the map is or that i actually needed a quest for that*. So i ran and ran and ended up in deep swamp *scared the **** out of me*. I remember i just wanted back to the place i was born (Temple of Shillien that is)... but i count find it and i saw on the map thing called Mother Tree... so i started to run towards it.. but mountains were on the way.. i remember being sooooo insanely mad that wth is wrooooong with my game. So anyways.. thats how i ended up in the freaggin swamp and ofcourse some dark horror killed me.. and then i ended up in gludio O.O - naked and with newbie weapon. Luckily some of those guys transported me back to DE village cause he said he hasnt visited that town yet :)
Yea.. nice beta days. Ended with my exploration in Cruma Tower with a party - me shouting "Grey ant ahead.. deep red.. watch out".. but yeah.. we managed to get to Cruma.. and even to second floor :P and that was it.. fist room and torfe hit me for 1K of dmg... so much of my experiences in beta... Was fun, crowded, pvp, pkrs everywhere.. no bot, huge parties in starter towns, great deals of low weapons, admireing ppl who got D-grade and ofcourse.. realizing what are ss, sps and bsps :)

*misses those wonderful times when ppl in starter towns had names*

When i think of it, L2 has never been as good as on the beta. Now its way to serious and tons of problems ppl [censored] about. On beta it seemed the biggest problem was that YOU COULD DROP ITEMS WHEN U DIE! OMG! lol was great times=)
I miss it to, maybe we can make it up in other new beta's out there like LOTRO

I miss it as well. L3 or Aion anyone?
i've been buffed by a and ADMIN on the PTS..... 3 or 4 times if i a recall right... (insta buffs to... 20 buffs in what.. 3 seconds ;) )..

A well, i'd love to be able to Alpha/BETA test L3... That's when things are the most fun, alpha/beta/prelude = freshness you can't beat, like fresh muffins/cookies/baking in general right outa the oven. Everyones to busy figureing out various aspects of the game and the world around it, they don't have time to screw with political BS and it's not exactly the time to start making enemies at all. Usually most people are generally neutral with intentions of being friendly. Course theres always those that love to PK and be hated.

No clan wars really, no huge conflicts, not a whole lot of fighting over anything much.

It's kinda like the PTS before a new chronical, (or when c3 was on it and we where all trying to get as many lvls in and as much stuff as possible due to "no wipeage" which ended up being false).

anywho. There are only a few people that are GM Material, out of those people only probably 5% of them really do a good job, and out of the 5% of them, make strides to make this game great.

Seriously if i had at least 1 encounter per week or even per day with a GM running around town, maybe joining a party and doing stuff with fellow costumers, i'd be stoked. Specially if a GM joined a group i was in.

I'd love to be a GM, in terms of the things above..

I think there should be a gm willing to help out various people with quests. Pay attention to whom has a group, hell even assist in a raid boss.

Just to bad GMs just can't walk around and maybe run into someone and hand em a set of various grade or whatever weapon/armor/items.... of any quanity or whatever. Just spir of the moment generousity.
I miss the old days on mwx on deparieu, so many memories :)

the first ken rauhel and cerenis fight i never forget
What year did it go live again ?
