Hi the question is simple, how do i kill em.
Im a 36 lvl wizard with sleep and fire balls do i sleep nuke em?? any suggestions are welcome.btw what is a good place to hunt still cruma tower???

You can try the pageos/lageos groups in field of whispers and see if you can two-shot them. If yes, they are the best experience you can get at that level (IMHO, I shopped around a lot at that time, but I might have missed some place).
You can usually just surrender nuke nuke the gargoyles if you use cast speed potions. If that's not enough to kill them, either open with slow and kite or sleep once in the middle.
The Heine/Alligator Island region is one of the best places to solo xp from about 36 to 50, especially if you have pots, buffs, etc. Lots of social mobs there, so be prepared.
For all soloing mages, efficiency is the ratio of xp gained per spell cast per mob. Generally speaking, find mobs that give you the most xp with the least number of spells cast.
Unless you're hunting Enchanted Gargs for a reason (quest), if you can't one or two-shot them, I'd suggest finding another mob to hunt. You should only need sleep if you've multi-aggroed. You should never need surrender in the normal course of xp'ing. After all, it costs mana and counts as a spell in the above equation.
Finally, you probably already know this, but try not to hunt any mobs that are resistant to your element. Was at the Cemetary the other day watching an SH waste 3 and 4 spells trying to kill Bloody Queens with Deathspike. It never dawned on him that they are dark resistant. (It was actually pointless for him to hunt Bloody Queens in the first place, but I left him to enjoy the game as he saw fit, after I informed him of the resistance threshold.)
