veiwable hats?

ok on thr main page there is an ad which has a dark elf standing next to a human female wearing a hat . . . does this mean that hat/helmets will be viewable soon?

Not sure if I want my hat viewable :)

Those are NPC's, they've always had hats.

I never liked having helmets visible in other RPGs. When I noticed that Lineage II does not display your helmet, I was pleased. There used to be almost no variation in your toon's appearance. This has been corrected now, and you have a fair number of hair colors, hair styles, and faces to individualize your toon. Putting visible helmets on toons would be a great step backward in my opinion.

Those must have been C5 pictures. I think we're getting hats in C5.

Yes. It will be considered a hair acsesuary (sp?), like hairpins and mask. Actual helmets will still be invisible.
