Do the scrolls purchased from Merchant of Mammon have the same success rate as normal enchant scrolls?

ie. do mammon scrolls have the same odds of crystalizing a weapon past +3 as normal EW scrolls?
Its the same scroll.. :) So yes..
bah! how the hell do these people enchant up to +11 is beyond me

thanks :P
I can tell you very easily ...

Go do a casino and bet on red 8 times straight . If red comes 8 times straight you would have a +11 weapon , only that your odds are 66% and not 50% in L2
im newly returning and Ive seen a couple of ticketmasters around if this is what you're referring to.

im just now learning about the merchants of mammon and their upgrades and scrolls.

do casinos offer lower enchanted weapons for lower odds? where are the casinos at (if theyre not the ticketmasters)
Lol , sorry i confused you , I was talking about a casino in RL ...

The L2 casino you play everytime you try to enchant a weapon or armor higher then +3 . See your local farmers in Dion for D grade and the rest in Giran for the higher grades :)
Given the volume of enchant scrolls players received in some events, and given the relatively low cost of lower-grade scrolls to higher-grade characters, it's really no surprise there are a significant number of highly-enchanted D/C-grade items floating around. Heck, I've made a few low-to-mid OE items with stuff I had lying around.
omg.. im such a nub :P

lol..thanks man ya ive already played the gambling game when I returned.
lets just say I safely enchanted a pair of dual D 107's to +4 and decided to go to +5 and had some crystals to sell. And lets just say I tried to just go to +4 2 more times after that. and..lets just say now im completely broke but I have a regular set of 107's that Im probably gonna sell for a 1h and a shield?

oh, I did make around 4 mil in selling d-crystals though

*runs away from the keyboard crying like a schoolgirl*
Whats your class? Keep the 107s, D grade goes fast, and 107s are good.. Plus you wont be able to get a decent 1h sword and a shield for the price you sell the 107 for, so..

You only need a crapload of adena if you plan on buying your scrolls from other players. I don't do it, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do it either until the prices get back in line with reality. Last I checked EWC were selling for 1M - 1.2M and EWB were around 2M -- we're talking well over a 200% mark up of what it actually costs to make the scrolls. You only need lots of adena if you plan on taking shortcuts. But even that won't guaranty a successful enchant.

At least this past 3-day weekend wasn't a total bust (sorry, pun)...

Where is that gambling game? :o

And what are 107's? :p

*runs away before getting called nuub* :(
the gambling game was a joke :P I think his point was that I would have better odds of winning money at a craps shoot and just paying RL cash for the enchantment then actually doing it myself in the game?

107's are in reference to the damage type of a set of top D dual swords. in this case artisan*elven
Ok thanks, I was afraid I was going to be flamed for such noobquestions. :p *cry*
