On what mobs you can make 13 stage soul crystals

I have heard that it is impossible to lvl 13 stage cry on the raid boss in rift after one of the patches.

On what mobs can you make 13 stage soul crystals?

Antharas and Baium, for sure. Dunno the rest.

Antharas, Baium, Valakas, and the Raid Boss in the Hero rift...all I know of.

However it makes no mention of the Rift Bosses that can level up a crystal, so we are still somewhat in the dark about what bosses we can actually get to that raid farmers havn't taken or bugged.

So we need to know what or if rift bosses can get from 10 to 11-12-13 ??
