What quest do I need to get this recipe, and does it let me choose the recipe or is it random? Or do I just need to go out and look for the drop of the recipe? How do I get one? :P
I got my from the coin quest.
You need to be a lvl 1 Coin member and then you can do the quest for royal membership. With that you can get kalis coins in forsaken plains from the fallen orcs there.
For a halbert recipe you need 10 of each kalis coins and 200 silver unicorns. You can choose what recipe you get. If you know someone that is Royal member he can do the trades for you too then just buy the coins.
But i think farmin coins is cheaper but more time consuming.
