Ok, i know you can get a blue name by getting recs, but how does it work exactly ?
Do you need a certain amount of recs to get your name in blue ?
And besides, even if i get like 5 or 6 recs, they come back to 0 every day, is this normal ?
You lose like 4 recs every 24 hours.
- It takes about 60 recs for your name to be very pale blue.
- It takes 120 recs for it to get darker
- It takes 180ish recs to get darker
- It takes 240 to be deep blue.
I kinda wish they had the same Name color change system as Lineage 1. Where you had to build up good karma to turn Blue (this is called Lawful), and if you go red (Chaotic), you have negative karma (-275), and you had to build your karma back up to turn Blue again, work your way back to 0 karma (Neutral), by dying or killing mobs, and then back to Blue. LoL, i wish for this, only because I know some people get to blue using the rec system by have their friends log on to alts to rec them....cheaters. :p
it takes about 67-70 rec's to get a slightly noticeable blue to your name. and around 130 or so for it to be a darker color.
you lose 3 recs perday every day if your 2nd class above, and like 1 or 2 if your not. you get 6 rec's from 20-40, and when you finsh your secound class you get 9 rec's that you can hand out every day, if you want.

Being blue Sucks imo. Worse is when people ask or beg for recs. Those I just want to pump full of arrows....but that's just my personal opinion of the matter.
I like the blue names, but it's kind of over rated.
The proplem is no way to derec people. force them to lose their blue.
one thing I forgot to mention, the max you can get in rec's is 255. after that no more. and once you hit max as long as you sign in every other day you wont ever go white again, unless you stop playing for a month.
