WHEN EVENT MOBS SPAWN ?

there's a ton of thread about where they spaw, but i think the real problem is to know WHEN.
After the 1st spawn yesterday, i waited 7hours on the spot, and nothing happened.

spawntime > 7hours

if someone know the spawn delay, please post :p

They spawn in dozens of locations . Maybe they won't spawn twice in the same place.

they spawn at random times in random locations with a random number of minions.

youll need to actually be NOT looking for them to find them.

They do not spawn at random times or random locations. I knew exactly when and where at least 3 groups would spawn today and i logged in at that time and was right on every account.

There was a Raid Boss at Bandit's Stronghold a few hours ago. We attempted to do it along with another alliance. But those minions are crazy... They healed each other and the boss with crazy strong heals. The other alliance even accused us of healing the boss lol (if any of you are reading, we couldn't have. We had no bishop there). It took two tries for us to get it down.
