Dominator Quest Help

I am on the last step of the Dominator quest and need help please. Quest Name- Succession to the Legend, Dominator.

I have killed the 150 mobs at hotsprings, the silenos quest, the 700 mobs at WoA. I have completed 5 of the 6 tablets. After the 5th tablet the next task is called THE DEVIL'S HAND. It offers some RP background and at the bottom it says "Monster to kill - Death Lord Hallate".

There is no arrow above my head nor marking on the map. Death Lord Hallate is a raid boss on ToI 3rd. I went to ToI 3rd a couple days ago with a group and killed the boss. Nothing happened. The chest for the 75 subclass spawned, I clicked it and it said "I have no tasks for you". So I am stuck. I e-mailed NC Soft and they offered zero help except to say the quest is accurate.

If it helps here is a link to my quest section.

Any guidance from a Dominator or a quest guide would be appreciated.

Hi hon, you went to wrong place :)

In my Spectral Dancer guide, #25, Death Lord Hallate is found near forrest of the dead. :)

RB in VoS is for noblesse.

L2Girl your answer was perfect! I love you! **** sucks there is nothing in the Dominator quest that offers any clue as to the need to go to that area. Thanks so much for your help.
