Names are all you can trust in this game, as it is the only thing, that cannot be changed.

Nope and thank god for it, somebody screws you over, and changes their name...you can't exact revenge.

mkae a lvl 70+ WS and ppl will give you 10's of millions of dollars worth of equiptment without blinking an eye
unfortunately at 70+ you cant reroll so they know they will get crystals in return
pretty much the last element of trust left in lineage

Also helps us to recognise the players who didn't actually lvl thier toons up to thier current lvl. You all know what I mean

On the other hand, it is technically possible to change a toon's name - a friend of mine chose a *ahem* less than acceptable name for his dorf and got it up to about lvl 25 before someone noticed and (I assume) petitioned to complain...

Next thing he knew he was in a GM consultation and arguing that he couldn't just delete it and start again - so they let him pick another name and changed it for him

Only problem then, is persuading a GM to do it!!
