Well forceblaster develops into a very powerful ranged attack fo a tyrant. Infact in my opinion, it is the only ranged attack that is worth leveling of the three tyrants get.
As far as speed of recharge, well fully buffed and zerked when I recharge now all anyone sees is a slight light effect several times. The rest of the animations barely even shows. I have been asked how I manage it and all it is, I recharge as well as use all my totems with ff going in order to shorten the reuse time a lot.
The range appears to be 900, same as nukers and it has nice damage output and what totem you use as well as ss does have a significant factor on it's damage.
