i've got piles of screenshots of obvious botters..
you know the ones that run in a straight line, stop on top of each other, insta buff and sit and stand and heal and buff and sit and stand heal sitstand...
where they sit at walls and let mobs kill them... (in which case i wait if i can and see if they drop something)..
atm, i see more bots running around then ever before, every day, 9 more bots emerge, at least...
Send in what you can to support. click the link on the left "SUPPORT" and submit a bad user... and attach the picture.
But i've yet to have any tech support really do anything other then say that "thank you, we'll look into it, keep playing lineage2"...
I don't deny that bots are being removed every day, but there seriously needs to be about 100x more employees to do it.. if not volenteers to watch and then temporaryly ban them for at least 24 hours with a full investigation launched.
I think ncsoft before releasing c5... needs to revise the EULA so that they hold the right to permanently or to some degree set a specific length of time they wish to ban any even remotely suspicious account. That even if full blown proof is not available, they still withhold the right to do so until they feel it is wise to unban, and then they withhold the right to tag that user for supervision for however length of time they wish.
NCSOFT, it's your game, it's your customers.... make the nessary changes to the EULA and hit APPLY... MAKE it very noticeable and an announcement on the servers apon starting about it... if they say they never saw it, screw the ******** that are lieing through thier teeth
