which server would have the largest aussie population?
being an aussie i would be playing on the server with the most players on at the time i play.

i play from around 3:00 pm and noone is on but the frenchies and the greeks

Hi , I'm on Erica, probably the only skip lol, you can make friends with all the bots though, and believe me there's heaps :eek:. I play round 8-10pm Melbourne time although that may change GO THE SOCCEROOOOOS :cool:

Not many Aussies on L2 in general methinks. Those that are on are generally scattered accross various servers and clans.
The hardcore nature of L2 tends to burn new ppl out very quickly. If you expect it to be like the beer and pretzel style of WoW / EQ2 where you get spoonfed, then L2 will give you a very solid wake up call quite quickly.
Our timezone is not particularly busy and its "relatively" quiet PvP/Drama wise. Apart from the farmerz plying their trade our clan groups have a pretty good access to most areas and can XP unimpeded. Things pick up a bit over the weekends and the Alliance we're in raids as much as is feasible given boss mob uptime and what not.
If you've read anything about Kain then you'll know that its one of the more Machivellian servers as far as clan politics go, so expect a lot of PvP. If PvP isn't your cup of tea then I would suggest you choose another server.

i will have a look at the kain server and check out the lunatris web site.i have played most mmorpg's out there and did play EQ2 since its release but i think they have made it to easy now and i found i was getting bored very quickly.
I don't know of many Aussies on Gustin either, but it's a pretty active server at all hours of the day. The bot population seems to be fairly lower than Erica (which IS a valid comparison considering a large chunk of the overall population difference on Erica is composed of said bots), which is good. The economy, however, is fairly daunting to new players for a variety of reasons. This is true of all servers, though, only it is especially true for Gustin. That, however, is more than made up for by the amount of activity, which, although sometimes frustrating, is pretty entertaining.
RisingBlades, on Lionna, has a handful as well. If you pop over to http://www.lionna.com and register on the forums, you can say hi to MarcusAlberton and he can introduce you to more.
Hindemith has a few.
Theres 4 in my clan (including myself).

I dont think we have an unofficial australian server... or at least Im not aware of one.
