Have just started playing this server, thought I would introduce myself.
I played l2 last summer on Hindemith server, I left for 2 reasons 1. I needed a change 2. All times on that server were for NA, being English this presented problems..
So Ive arrived on Teon.
Its been great fun so far, lots of raid partys which is great. I think nearly all 20-40 RB's were killed today, a pretty impressive feat.
Am all equiped with D gear, thanks to certain peeps for the help! ;)
I am clan less, so if anyone needs a fast leveling PK-BD get in touch with me!
Through reading the forums its becoming apparent there has been nothing short of a regime change lately. An alliance named Exile? went from dominating to... well... less dominating! So what Alliances/Clans are the big one's on Teon atm? The castle control map paints a pretty fair picture, each alliance having a castle corresponding to its size...
I think the most powerful alliace is currently Syndicate. But I don't really keep up with what happens on the server :o
But my impression of them is pretty good over all. I don't even think I've seen them trash talk. A big plus in my book. But I can't be everywhere at once, so it probably happens anyway every now and then :p
Lolz, Syndicate are by no means the strongest alliance on the server atm and only have a handful of strong clans. The most powerful alliance atm would have to be ImmortalAlliance, probably followed by Exile. The current standings on the server is ImmortalAlly+Twilight+Syndicate vs Exile. Exile were the dominant ally for a good 6 months but things have changed over the past month or two.
Pheonix seem like nice guys and generally keep themselves to themselves, never had many problems with them but I've noticed that a lot of clans and people seem to have left the ally, no idea why.

Welcome to Teon mate, my clan also left Gustin server due not being able to enjoy the full game content (3am sieges ftw huh :/) So we packed up and moved to Teon :) never looked back ill say :)
There is a good mix of culture and many Europeans/Americans/Aussies too for sure, it's definately a diverse server :)
Exile is by no means dead, but they are down on one knee for sure ;) ImmortalAlliance+Syndicate+TwighlighT alliances have made a pact to hold down Exile who used to throw their weight around and play by bully-boy tactics. They claim to be massively legit, but as we all know on any server, there is far from any clan/ally from being legit.
All in all, you'll find Teon a good server imho, alot of raids each day from randoms getting together, and higher up too :)

ps. as to each alliance having a castle according to size, yes and no, but Aden was fallen with the effort of Syn+TT+IA :)
