Help with Orc Raider

Just made Raider.
Should I leave the orc village or keep on repeating the quests I get there? basically where do I go now?
If you just want to grind, there are plenty of mobs that you could level up on in the southern part of orcville. However, if you would like to start making some money, go to Gludin Village and start using the manor system.

Repeating the quests at the starter village are not going to make you rich very fast.
Remember that there are a good many people in Dion. You might trying to meet people there, group up and perhaps that will lead to a clan invite.
If you have new player buffs, stick it out till lvl 25 in elmore. Then once you lose them head back to the mainland.
If you've managed to complete the class change to Raider, I'd stay on the mainland. You can get your newbie buffs from the guides on the mainland just like in Elmore.

This is mainly because the repeatable quests in Elmore are mostly below your level now. All but the Kasha Bear quest mobs will be purple or lower so you can no longer stack quests effectively. Since you can no longer stack the quests, you may as well stay on the mainland and do the quests there from Gludin/Gluido towns.
It's a mystery to me, that there's no newbie helper in Dion, since Dion is a good place when you're in your early 20s as well as Gludio.
Depends on your equipment.

If he's a Raider in a mixture of NG and D grade gear, he's better off grinding on the sub-20 mobs that are around Gludio. I'm going by board join date, so I am assuming he is a true newb to the game and doesn't have the funds to be decked out in D grade which makes it so easy to level around Dion.
If he is in top NG I think Dion is ok. But the half HP mobs outside Gludio are very good too (the lizardmen) :)
