Duel Wielding

I am working on my first character and trying to decide which subclass i want to aim for. I big decision maker for me is which classes can duel wield weapons. I don't know why, but I like to play duel wielding classes in every MMO I play. If someone would be so kind, could you please list which classes are able to duel wield and at what lvl they get the ability? I didn't see it on any of the classes skill list i looked at.
I am also planning on doing a good bit of soloing. Any comments about which of the duel wielding classes fares at soloing would be most appreciated. Thanks!
I'm a bit rusty so forgive me if I'm wrong on this, but I believe the only 2 classes that can dual wield are the Dark Elf Bladedancer and the Human Gladiator.

The dark elf class is a melee fighter that is more useful for their party buffing dances, while the human class is a full out melee class.

While the Sword Singer does not dual wield, it plays very similar to the Bladedancer as they have similar abilities.

Dual wielding is a little different in L2 than most games, as you have to equip a specific dual wield weapon. Meaning that if you want to wield two specific swords you have to have a specific dual wield weapon made by taking those two swords to a blacksmith and paying a fee, and they can't be separated afterward.

Edit: Fixed mistake about Sword Singer, thanks Grakor.
Only the Bladedancer and the Gladiator specialize in dual-wielding. The Swordsinger still uses sword and board or two-handed swords. Technically, any class can dual-wield, but the BD and Glad are the only two who really specialize in it, and to my knowledge neither are really good at soloing.
Mystics' general weapon masteries apply as well to dualswords as to anything else. Third option for you.
First point is that the dual sword melee class does first get its masteries for dual swords after lvl40+. Before then everyone can actually use it, but not equally good.
You say you want to solo and use duals at the same time, so I think the Human Fighter(lvl1-19) -> Human Warrior(lvl20-39) -> Gladiator(lvl40+) is your choice.

Also the Gladiator is the only class that gets special skills for the dual sword fighting. One of the skills is "Triple slash" where the Gladiator VERY quickly smacks 3 quick slashes at the target.

At this moment I'm working on my Gladiator, I just need appros. 2-2,5 hours to finish my 2nd class change quest.
If you want to lvl your Gladiator(Human Warrior) quickly, then I suggest they u use Glaive pole arm all the way from lvl20-40 and then party with 1-2 Shillen Elder and or Prophet in the cats./Necros.
I'v played a little more then 2 weeks with my Gladiator-wanna-be and I'v made almost 40 lvl already, even though that I party with a Hawkeye-wanna-be.

So I say GO FOR GLADIATOR.
I've played my glad for a long time and its one of my favs. Maybe im justed baised about glads :P

Glads & BDs do very well soloing. But around 52 or so, you'll need to find a buffer with vamperic rage or you'll be wasting ALOT of greater heal pots. I used regular pots till I was 52 without buffs. BDs are a bit better because of their dances but their con is less.
BD is the better solo char that has dual masteries.
yeah, i suggest going blade dancer, because if you ever get sick of soloing finding a good party shouldn't be too hard for you. and their dances ROCK! you'll get a tone of great buffs(dances) and also you can use a bow and give out some awesome damage(just to mix it up every now and again :) )
