Sin eater can be started when you have 1 or more PK's. There is no level requirements as far as i know, and there are non mentioned in the official quest list.

They sent you to Gludin? If you mean that the quest sends you to the Gludin area for the quest (Orc Barracks) that is what you need to do. If your saying that you can't start the quest and the text mentions something about Gludin...are you sure you have at least one pk? (Got mine using specials on Deleveling bots in Gluido =P )
Otherwise I don't recommend doing the quest before L20 at the soonest...you need to kill Turek Warhounds as part of the quest and before L20 they may be a bit too hard. (Do-able...but WTH are you doing with too many PK's before L20?!)
The Black Judge will send you to talk to someone else. Jus go there, do what they tell you and then talk to them again. Then go back to the Black Judge. They will send you to the blacksmith in Giran. I think where you go for the 2nd part is determined by lvl, but I am not sure.

I *think* it is 40 that you can do the quest at hardin's. Prior to that there is a Black Judge at the entrance to the wasteland that you have to do it with.
You can start and end the quest at any black judge at any lvl(I started with my lvl 14 at hardins). The only thing that depends on lvl is what the 2nd part of the quest is. Below 20 it is killing spiders in the neutral zone. I think 20-40(or so) is killing in Orc Barracks. And from there on I think it is killing the spiders in Sea of Spores.
It is actually a cave. It is north of Dragon Valley and south of the river that seperated Giran and Oren Teritorries(sp). Its a cool place, although it is useless to me.

i racked up an *** load of pks while doing my subclass quest (someones gotta take care of the farmers)
when i got my sub i done what every smart person does, i went to do the sin eater
when i got to hardins the black judge said i should go talk to the black judge outside the wastelands
this tells me that there is a lvl requirement to do the sin eater at hardins
so just wondering if anyone knows what it is
