Hot Springs Clan Hall

does anyone know how to go about getting the clan hall out at hot springs?? I dont see an NPC there to register for a "seige" any one have any ideas??

It's being introduced in C5 - it will involve some fishing and a few mini-games to conquer it, and I really hope this one will fall to smaller clans who can be bothered with such carebearish things.

This clan hall is not currently 'aquirable'. It will be activated in C5 where you will have to compete in a 'game' to win the hall.

well, considering other clan halls cost like 500m-1billion adena i imagine that clans will be fighting over this one.

I was in a decent sized clan and the only clan hall we ever had was partisans hideaway. It was still pretty fun especially if you were red.

With the clan/ally related changes in C5, and the new clanhalls coming - I think the price of the halls will go down a lot from what it is today.

It certainly should, if the whole Clan/Alliance consolidation thing is real. Then again, some people don't mind having a 1 man clan holding a CH or Castle.
