30,000 accounts for World of Warcraft is an absolute pitance. Think about how many servers they have and how many subscribers. For that subscriber base it's nothing.

Atleast they do something, we had to go mass {bleep} red in our hunting ground yesterday on farmers because they were afk and we wanted our hunting room. Explain to me how that makes this game any fun at all.
I guess it's just suppose to show how WOW is actually doing something & how L2 isn't. I think thats what the OP is trying to say... I also agree with Jute, to tell you the truth thats about a pea size of accounts moved compared to how many servers & accounts are actually in use.

While I agree with you, hasn't it become quite apparent to you that every where you look there are more and more automated program runners running around? There are absolutely no dents being made at all into the cheating population.

Fact is nothing at all is being done, this game is in total ruin in the state it is in right now. There are catacombs, or places like Hot Springs and Wall of Argos where every mob is taken by automated parties. Its a very sad gaming world we live in.
Have you ever had an issue with ants in your home?
If you smack one ant you see on the floor can you proclaim you took care of the issue? No, you can't.
If you ever got to a level where you could experience high level hunting grounds you would have absolutely no room to speak. Until then your input is moot.
