ok...well im only lvl 28 now but im slowly getting up there :P haha right now the main thing im doing is trains, so in the long run i'd like to be more of a dd then a tank...so i was wondering whether or not it would be a good idea for me (going SK currently palus knight) to get a tat for +4 str -4 con right now...should i wait till im done training? or would it make little difference because with vr the extra dmg will in turn heal me faster? :P just want a little advice b4 i go ahead and print this bad [censored].
First of all you can only do that tatoo after your's second profession change. And since i'm not a SK i'll not going to your's question, so i will not say something wrong..
fair enough...well thats ok then
I met one SK who waited until he was 55 to get a tat. But he grouped most of the time and didn't want to further reduce his already naturally low CON stat.

I, on the other hand, soloed my SK for the most part. Soloing gives you much more flexibility in terms of mob choice. I hunted from 38 to 52 in Heine (AI). None of the mobs there stun or otherwise hold, so I got my +4 Str -4 Con tat the minute I hit 40. I also got a +4 Dex -4 Con Dye. More crits, faster attack and overall speed.

The last tat slot is empty, but I've toyed around with +1Dex, +Wit, and +Int dyes just for kicks.
if u wanna be a DD, BD 9bladedancers are much better)

I don't know where you got that since it's not true, kinda silly if you couldn't have a tattoo yet still you have 2 tattoo slots from 20-40 aswell :p.
So yes you can get tattoo's between your first and second class change, what do you think the ordinary dies you can buy at the magicshop are for...

However this does not mean getting tattoos before your second class change is worth it. Because it simply is not. First of all you don't really need them before 40 (and +1 -1 doesn't make a big difference, especially at that lvl). Secondly when you finish your second class change quest the tattoo's you got before that will dissapear, so poof there goes your money.

So in short you can get tattoo's now but it's far better to wait after your 2nd class change quest.
He said you can only do "that" tattoo after the 2nd class change. He didn't say you can't get any tattoo's at all =P

By the way, it's not a "he"

Both classes are fun to play. If you take away what the two classes share in common, the edge goes to the SK, if you're looking at just skills. In groups obviously the BD has greater utility. Solo and 1v1 PVP, the SK is the better class.
