That's kind of a difficult question to answer, since some people have fun playing classes that other people would completely hate.
People will probably be able to help more if you explain your definition of fun in an MMO, and whether you're searching for fun in PvE, PvP, or something else.
If you want speed, go Swordsinger, zoom zoom :D
I would say Orc mystic, but they're really really slow....
Shillien Knight or Dark Avengers can be very interesting tank classes aswell.
Problem with the true tank is that he is not much wanted anymore. Most melee classes can fulfill that role if need be however. Because even the best tank can't keep agro from archers and nukers. Being a good tank is more about attitude from the player playing one then the character imo. It requires an agressive playstyle and the trust that your party will keep you alive in times of trouble.
So, why not try the Gladiator or Destroyer path? You got the HP, the Pdef and the damage output to make a good tank.
Silver Ranger is a fun class. There very fast runners so you can have a lot of fun with that. They used to level fast but now there is no where for them to hunt.
PR, the DE archer gets dagger skills too. Debuff spells too. Could be worth a try. Sorcs, SH and SPS are all fun nukers. You can level with AOE.
PRs don't get any dagger skills beyond what we get before changing class. Unless of course you're referring to Sting, which can be used with any bladed weapon.
Our debuff spells and life leeching spells are quite useful though, but our run speed is nowhere near that of a Light Elf making kiting a bit less efficient.
