Can someone please tell me how to ship money from one person's main to my newbie in the orc village? Do you have to pick it up from the same warehouse you're delivering it from?
Exception, you can if you have a clan leader (with a clan warehouse) in the city you're shipping to and a clan member in the town you're shipping from...
i have money on another character that i'd like to ship to my main in orc village. I'm trying to run from the rune city to orc town and it ain't working. lol
Your not getting the question i'm asking. If you have a character in rune city you must be of a very high level. Then you should easily be able to afford the fees to port to the orc town.
It's not a quest, but came from a suggestion to pick up the adena left by lazy Spellhowlers in the Forest of the Dead. The post is here somewhere but I'm a lazy forum poster and I am not hunting for it to link it. ;)
He/She would still need a very high level character to be in that area. And being the main is a level 14 orc i would guess the alt is under that level.

It would help to have more details thou.
No, no...
As I've posted before (and as others have suggested as well)you can make a dark elf noob, swim to Rune and just pick up adena. Even if you die (which would be a one shot deal) running back to the forest of the dead areas doesnt take that long. In a small amount of time on a Saturday, I tried this on Bartz with a lvl 4 dark elf toon. Didnt steal from players while hunting (though I imagine you can do this) but I found large areas of left adena.
Sometimes I would see adena by a mob and just make a break for it. I was able to pick it up then killed. Since these piles range from around 1200 to 3000 plus, it is an easy way to make money.
yeahhhhh I sneaked around the forest of the dead. :)
why do people leave so much adena laying around? There wasn't even people around killing stuff! I figured out how to make it across the ocean though... alottttttttttttt of healing potions. lol

because people can make alot of money playing the market and/or other ways. I just try to break even on drops usually, tried the whole "leave the adena there as it speeds up XP" thing, but couldn't seem to part with it all
Remember, all you have to do is to make it into the area of Rune. So if you type /loc and it says "rune" then soe. Or, if lvl 4 allow yourself to die and you won't drop anything.

One other thing you need to be aware of when using the freight system. When you transfer items, {weapons, gear, mats, even money} from one toon to the other. The items in freight count as an occupied storage slot for the recieving toon. So, if you have plans, or think you will have infinate item storage by freighting items, this won't work. It is useful to a point, {ie. one toon having more WH space than the other}, and only practical in this way.
Bottom line is if for example you have 100 WH {Warehouse } slots, with 75 items you can see, and 25 items freighted to the same toon. When you place the next item in your WH, you will get the Warehouse if full message.
You are allowed 100{an example number} slots for storage, period, as a combination of both existing WH and Freight system.

I don't think this is 100% true... I think that if your wh is full you can still freight items. I'm just going off of memory here...
From what Im getting from this, is you made a DE toon, ran there, grabed yourself some free money, then went to rune and put the money in frieght for your orc, not knowing your orc had to get there, right?
If thats the case, to be honest I would just start again. Run around and pick up the money, but this time save up abit then make sure you run the DE somewhere you can frieght the stuff and not have problems picking it up.
And one day you will be in Rune on your orc and go " oh crap dont I have that little XXX adena in frieght here? " heh I can se4e it already.

Same conditions happened to me. I also petitioned when it first occured and got the same response. X amount in Warehouse,,X amount Freighted to myself. Only allowed, so many slots. From my memory, I can't recall if they included the amount of items you carry on the toon as part of the total count or not. In any case..I ended up making a Mule toon to support my pack ratted items..LOL :) and someone I know helped with a cleaning transfer. I still freight to all my toons tho, to keep storage at maximum.
Any way. Just a heads up as you start to fill your WH and make use of the freight system at the same time.
