Necropolis of Sacrifice????

So I was told to go there and level from 25-30 at the Necro, but when i swam down there, all i found was a closed gate and a quest for blank scrolls. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to get in?? Bad waste of time to travel there and get that non-entry crap...
You need to be signed up to dusk or dawn to enter any catacomb or necropolis. I guess that is what you are missing to enter.
OK this is what you have to do.

First look at 7 signs progress (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/sevensigns_2.html) find your server and see if you are in the competition period or seal effect period.

If its competition period go to town and either:
Spend 50k to sign up with Dawn who win 90% of the time.
Sign up with Dusk for free who loose 90% of the time.

If your server is in seal effect period you have to wait tell next week to sign up.

Go to the library and read up on 7 signs and the search the forums for info. Alot of good advice in the forums.
Level 20-39 you can sign for dawn for free.

Technically, it's not by level. It's by class change.
LOL dam didn't know that, learn something new every day.
I signed up on my 26 Human Knight and wasn't charged. I signed on my level 47 EE and was charged the usual 50,000.
You can also buy approval's for about 18-25k a piece, saves you some adena's.

Anyone who can get XP in Necropolis of Sacrifice is not going to have to pay 50K. That fee only kicks in after the second class change quest.

You cannot even sign up for either dusk or dawn until you've completed your first job change. I tested this with a level 20 dwarven fighter. So, no one who hasn't completed their first job change is going to get access to the necs/cats. Second, you don't have to pay to join dusk, ever. Lastly, you only pay to join dawn if you've competed your second job change; regardless of level.
