Buy shop for with Enchanted Weapon

I currently have a +5 SOV in my inventory. My question is this, if I want to set up a buyshop for a +0 SOV in order to overenchant it, can I use my plus +5(to set up the buy shop)? Or by using the +5 does that only entitle me to purchase another +5 SOV?

Whatever you put in a buy shop will ONLY buy that same exact thing, including number of enchants or SA's.
