Royal Member Quest

To become Royal Member you need to obtain Kail's Coin And the Coin Collectors album. The Coin is no problem I have that one. But for the book, as I was told, the book spawns once in 4 hours at Trader Sander in Giran where you could buy it.
I went there but Trader Sander gave me a task:
obtain "rare Golden Clover Coin" from Fallen Chieftain Vegus in Forsaken Plains. Can anyone tell me where to find Fallen Chieftain Vegus? Been all over FP but wasn't able to locate it.

TY

That orc spawns in FP. When you port in to FP, run straight and go into the ravine that's right next to the road (as if you'd go towards the Giants Cave).

The orc spawns on the side where there's some rubble(and giant swords sticking out in the ground).

Tyvm got it :D
