What is the exact % of health returned of the 4 different levels, and how effective is each level with PvE?

4, 6, 8, 10% i believe

5, 10 , 15 20% actually

with lvl 3 VR, you can regen HP while hiting one mob and having 2 other mobs hit you.

I love Vr 3, too bad you have to wait till 58 to get it...I wish it was at 56 like all the other ones cept for WM.

approximately:
VR1 = 3%
VR2 = 6%
VR3 = 9%
VR4 = 12%
Dance of Vampire = 9%

hmm... so there isn't a concensus to what the percentage is? I see 3 different answers in this thread.

some ppl say vr 4 is 20%
pretty hard for me to work it out with my uber dwarven regen but it seems to be about the 10% mark

tested with a 74 WC and a 74 PW lvl 4 is 20%
