Is marriage really true?

Ive heard that at 61lvl you can marry and change some skills (passive and active).
If its true, how this happens. You must buy some clothes for the bridegroom and bride? Where you will find them? When I give to my "wife" some skills, I still have them? Or I lose them? Where is the church? Is there any link that I can read someting about?

it's fake, there is a quest for weding closes, that's all..

would be interesting if you can really get married though. hope they take that in to future considerations. :)

what ui really would like to see is ,finnaly one player houseings.that costs less that clan halls but have some features as well. I mean why only clans should have a houseing and not a perm pk'er or roleplayer who wants so solo all the time. Whatever.. I would buy the houseing for myself and ionvite a nice elf girl to my home :p
