ok, i know that the skill increases maximum HP and restores HP, but what occures to me is that sometimes the skill is redy for reuse while the effect from it still lasts, and sometimes the effects is out, and the skill is still not redy to reuse. how come?? is it bound to the damage dealt/taken in battle or is tehre something else that boosts the reuse speed??
Sounds weird to me. I am an Orc, and Battle Roar is always available as soon as the skill "times out", but never before. I think the time is 10 minutes, at least for me.
thats the strange thing, sometimes its finnished, somtimes i have 30 sec left of the buff, and sometimes i have 1 min left of battle roar, my guess it that it has to do with damage recived, but im not sure...
Skill reuse timer is tied to attack speed. If you use atack speed buffs (hastle, zerk) and faster wearpons (for orc that's 1handed sword or blunt, instead of 2handed one).
Oh, and you can still use the skill when it's ready even so the buff is still up, you will get your's hp healed.
the buff lasts 10min, pretty sure but havent timed it exactly. the reuse timer can recharge faster than 10min if you have buffs, i think its about 9 minutes with potion of alacrity(sp?) and about 8 minutes with swift attack potion. +DEX tat might effect it, but if it does it does not effect it much.
