Dance of Fury vs. Haste: Comparison?

Hey folks, I'm just curious how BD Dance of Fury compares to Prophet Haste. There is no effect for the dance listed on the skills page.

it's faster than haste...but not by much

Think of it as a haste 1.5

Fury: 100*1.5=300

I THINK it works like that for calculations... not really sure on numbers or if I am right at all... just goign off memory

haste 2 = +33%

dance of fury = +15%

and they stack as in base atk speed * 1,33 * 1,15 = final atk speed

Base = 100
Haste = 100 *2 =200
Hast + Fury = 200 * 1.5 = 300

Isn't it cool? Haste pots + Fury + 5% attack speed increase from Calibur*SLS duals results in a noticeable improvement in attack speed.

I can only imagine what it's like with Tallum Heavy and Kesh*Kesh. Any BD's out there with that set up care to list your stats/attack speed?

738 Attackspeed on my BD with Tallum Heavy Set, Kesh*Kesh +4, +4 DEX then buffed with Haste 2, Berserk 2 and Dance of Fury.
Now if I could just test with Chant of Victory added on that (20% more attackspeed among all the things it increases) and I'd have close to 900... *drool*

TH can easily get over 900 attack speed w/ haste2/zerk2/dance of fury (no CoV, Wind prophecy). Depending on the ping some soulshots may miss loading.

If the mobs are dropping faster, I don't see that as an issue. It's not like there are A grade Focus duals. Maybe the developers know something we don't???? (yeah, still scratching my head about that one.)

with haste2+rapid shot+fury+zerk2+BoP(QR)+ doom lite(+3dex)= my atk speed was 653...pretty **** fast for an archer. good times :)

Fastest archer I've seen had about 850 atk speed, yep, it was a Sagittarius fully buffed ^^

900 speed isn't something magnificent, any tyrant can get that speed no problem. 1200+ with proper buffs.. NOW complain about SS usage!

I reach 630 attack speed with this set up:

Haste pot
Fury
LOAD
+5 Dex tat
Calibur*SLS

I have to say, I wouldn't recommend this setup for everyone, but it IS fun. :)

i am also getting +5 dex tat...so that should help my speed too :)

For damage, STR > DEX.
