A GRADE DUAL SA'S: NO FOCUS?

I just took a look at the A grade dual swords. Can someone please explain to me the logic of not having [1.] more A grade dual swords, and [2.] not offering Focus or even Crit Damage SA on either A grade dual?

IMHO focus is the best sa in game
why is there only 1 blunt which has it?

more weapons in C5, not sure if any new A duels get focus though

Not very difficult to get an OE B grade weapon with focus that was the same p.atck as a A grade weapon. Unless people absolutly want to look "cool" with a A grade weapon, I much prefer the look of a B grade duals with a big blue glow (and BSS much less expensive that *** ><) I also read somwhere that there will be lots of new weapons in C5, maby A grade duals with Focus.

Sorry, this is where I have to disagree with you. The glow is nice, but the flames on A grade is to die for. Now that is the look of cool!

A blunt with focus has always seemed like an oxymoron to me. Blunt have high accuracy and poor crit rate. Focus SA isn't going to fix that.

The blue glow is great, but what drives me in this game is the chance to move up to the better bonuses of the next grade level. The best you can get on B grade Haste is 5%. (Actually there are some low grade B duals that offer 6%, but they aren't worth discussing. The base p.atk is way too low.) But on A grade Haste it's 8%. Just a hunch, but I bet a Focus SA on A grade duals (if one existed) would be much higher than the B grade bonus.

Come on NCSoft, give us A grade duals with Focus!

But if the SA was worth it, I'd go for it. Right now I'm crafting Kesh from scratch just for the 8% haste. 3 more levels to go.

Dont know about other servers but on Hind you can buy B craystals at 8k, crafting cost is a joke compared to A grade.
Pvp bonus... good if you pvp regularly, means s*** if you dont.
In a perfect worlds youd have your OE B grade duals with focus for pve and then an A grade weapon with focus with pvp bonus for pvp.
Thats the only real advantage I see for A grade as the guy (see quote) mentioned.

That is a pic of A grade at +16 or more. At +7 they get only a blue-ish flame. They don't turn red until you get much, much higher.

just showing the flame look...i haven't seen any OEd past +5 yet....show me :)

Come to Devianne. We have several people on the server with +7, +8, and +10 A grade weapons.

I've yet to try my luck at A grade, given the costs of the enchant scrolls. Maybe if we have an event where A weapon enchants drop...?

focus adds a fixed % increase to your crit rate, not a multiplier
