Some points will come out fast from this..
First, the community tab.. IMHO, so much understimated as we have a really nice community here.
Not so equal to those community like [censored] or blah, which are made for in-game drama and so on.. and seems the reviewer looked only at those communities, not considering that they are made for a certain purpouse.
The second part..
The downside to Customer Service is that, while our voices are being answered, they still aren’t being heard. Reporting a bot has very little effect; rarely do they actually disappear, not matter how many times you report them.
Seems it's a famous thing...

I've always been dissatisfied with the reviews of MMOs. Reviewers tend to look at a narrow picture for a broad constantly evolving entity. MMOs are so volatile that you could end up with a different score simply by switching servers.
That said most of the things they talk about are pretty accurate. The problem is that they fail to look at the whole picture.
Actually I think she's right on just about all points, even about the community. The only thing was her paragraph that came across like all boxed characters are bots.
I think most of the review was pretty good, however I have two points I protest. First, I get incredibly angry when the farmers are all labeled as Chinese. I can't believe that the website let that go through.
The second was she says you have to grind in the same place all the time. That was true way back, but it is not true any longer. Especially at the higher level there are multiple spots to grind, so if you get tired of one, you can move on to the next.
You're still pretty limited because of the way drops work, so if you need certain drops and because of politics, hunting ground can be pretty limited. L2 is also incredibly timeconsuming in travel and gathering people, which leads to the assumption of staying in one place. But I do agree that her point about that was way too general.
And yeah, you're right, most farmers definetly aren't chinese anymore. :/
yeah, this review is pretty spot on, I am glad someone gave Lineage II an honest review.
I do disagree with the botting boxed characters. Hardly anyone does that. I MANUALLY box our SE. tyvm!
