Summoner question, official answer please

Hello, I am a Warlock on server Teon and I need to ask a question.
I would like to have an official answer, please, I need it.
Some days ago, Teon crashed (as usual) and I lost my servitor. I used 5 C Crystals till that moment... 3 to summon the servitor and 2 over time.
When server went up again, I checked my inventory... my crystals were gone, but my exp had suffered a rollback.
In short, I spent the crystals without gaining exp.
For a summoner, this is a very bad thing.
My class is the most expensive in the game and I can't use it at full power because it would drain all my adena (Crystals, pet ss, my ss, blessed for pet, blessed for me, cubics).
It's ok, I can accept it... no problem.

The problem rise when I make a petition to have my crystals back (lost items in the server crash) and I get the answer "Unfortunately we are not able to assist you with this issue. This decision is final and not debatable"
I can't understand the reason. And when I asked "explain me why" I got the answer "I am very sorry that we are not able to help you on this particular issue, but this matter is resolved, and any further petitions on this issue may be considered an abuse of the support system."

This sound like a threat to me. Don't ask anymore or you will be punished?
For a SERVER crash?

My class is the only one in the game who totally live on Crystals and NPC server. I use items to exp. I can't do otherwise. When server crashes, I loose money. I use items who have a certain cost and I loose them. And it's server's fault, not mine!
Also, when Teon crashes, and I log back in, I'm totally powerless for some minutes, till the NPC server goes up again. I can't summon my servitor (which is my only weapon), I can't defend myself, I can't hunt. I can't do anything without my servitor. And my servitor eats Crystals.

So, when Server goes down, and I have just summoned, I loose an item. When server goes down and I suffer a rollback in exp, I loose an item too. I use Crystals and I don't gain my exp.

So, please, why can't I have my exp, or my crystals, back?
Can anyone officially explain me the policy regarding Summoners and Server crashes?

The policy is that any lost items, stay lost. However, server crashes are the exception. I've myself been given back lost items caused by serverside issues, like huge lag-spikes and crashes.

I was in cotact with support with mails... they answered me like I wrote in the post :(

Wouldn't that apply to everyone though, not just summoners? Like a TK or SK with cubics out, or any class that used SS and got set back? That could be a hell of a job to fix everyone.

Yes, but i made petition on this subject other times, and they gave me back my crystals. So, why not this time?
And TK and other classes, don't live on cubics and SS like Summoners live on Crystals. It's not like we can level without :)
