are drops/spoils the only way to get recipies or can any be bought from NPCs?

If any are are sold by NPCs which ones are they and where is the NPCs location?

As replied above:

Recepies are drop/spoils or else quest rewards. Depends on the grade.

You can naturally buy recepies from teh private stores of players if you prefere. For some very hard to get recepies it may be a solution, but I still suggest to hunt for mos of them :) They do drop frequentky enough to complete your collection.
