Warlord?

Hi im new to the game 18 human fighter. I am planning on doing some hardcore pvp at later lvls. Is warlord a good pvp class or more likely to get an invite into clans focused on pvp. I came over from eq and was kinda tired of pve so i want to mainly focus on pvp in this game. If warlord is not a good choice what are some other reccomended classes that specifically excel at pvp. They can be of a different race but it would be preffered a fighter class.

Warlords do not PvP well.

If you want to PvP with any efficiency make a nuker or archer.

Necromancer, Spell Singer, Spell Howler, Sorceror, Hawkeye, or Silver Ranger. (Phantom Rangers are gimp, straight up.)

no to be to picky lol but i was hoping there was a melee class that was good at pvp.

Nope... if you want to win PVP follow Badguy's advice ;)

What you are looking for is a dagger, in general most melees won't live long enough to get near the nukers/archers though. Or an orc, if you play it right.

the daggers will be interresting to play come C5.

till then and even after Archers own them. and most others if played right. I've seen a few that suck at the class.

OL(overlord) is a meely/ nuker, they excell in PvP and seiges, but they are very hard to lvl not fast.

Also the destroyer and tryant can beat some if played right so can a gladi.

Might I remind everyone that he is using a HUMAN character. Telling him to go play Orcs, Elves, etc is just saying "go restart the character", which I'm pretty sure he dosent want to do.

The Dark Avenger, and Treasure Hunter are probably the best PVP melee classes the humans have. Gladiator, Paladin, and Warlord are not as good, Gladiator being king of the Human underdogs.
