I decided to go in-game a bit today and have me some fun...
I almost immediatly tripped up on what you all know about, so I decided to revisit the process. Now mind you I have done this countless times, so this is just a snapshot in time about what happened today. :p
And they just lied there ! Oh well, let's have a BBQ and report them, since I have a gentle witness I just met who was laughing all the way through my home made "bot tests"...
The timing was excellent (around 5 minutes for a response...) but what is this about all that anonymity ? I asked my new found friend, since he happened to mention he also had a GM response, if he got a GM name. He said No, of course, same as me. So what's up with that ?
Are GM's bots ? Good grief they teach you this in customer support 101. You make contact with the customer by stating your name, it's part of the branding. If you want to preserve anon, you insert a variable and associate it with an operator number (4 digits max).
Ex. : GM0217 : [Macro text]
So anyways, thanks to GMWhatever, who answered both our petitions in a timely and polite fashion.
ha ... but dark nice sarcasm lol you know as well as I that is an autoresponder and the gm's are prob all playing footsie instead of workin ... oh wait I forgot I heard NCsoft felt that a 600m profit wasnt enough and wanted to save the 30k a year on live gm's.............................................. ..........
AAAAARRRGGG ! Not 11 !!!! Eleven is a cursed number, as it is a light elf number (and you folks all know light elves are terrorists)...
As I was moving to another group of violators, I killed the dwarf and the instant response of the healer was to kneel right next to the fallen dwarf...
So, what are you gonna do ?
(Then some light elf terrorist came in and killed me. BUT, my quick witted new friend Ninja looted my ring and my pants I had lost...).
I got your stuff !
Nice Job !
Terrorist : Not really.
Not talking to you ******** !
At least the response times are much faster than they used to be. Petitioned last night and I actually received a response in under a minute. Back in C2 it was fairly common to wait several hours before they respond to your petition, meanwhile you're asleep and have set up a private store.
Seems like GMs could afford 10 seconds to say "Hi I'm GMNameless and...", before signing off. As of now you almost get the feeling as though you're reporting bots to other bots.
Heh, yea... don't you just love the ingame gm's... they are soo helpful. I especially loved when they gave an ingame friend of mine a 72 hour ban because he was apparently being racist against well... I'm sure you all know... by petitioning the gm's because he went red while fighting... you know who... in a clan war.
This friend of mine also happens to be the guy trying to lead the server in stopping... you know who... by killing the raidbosses before... you know... gets to them and therefore taking away... what those who will not be named, camp/kill all day long.... 24/7.. but you know who... having a monopoly on the bosses must be good for the server right?!
After a while of killing the raid bosses, this friend even began to recieve insults/curses(bypassing the filters) in pms by the aforementioned resource gathering individuals(i have screenshots of these conversations as well). Obviously, the only logical thing to do is ban the person receiving these insults.
For this NC, I applaud you. Keep up the good work of banning players so that those who will remain unnamed can work... oops I mean play... yea... play... in peace.
Are you stupid or something SirE? His friend is the one that was recieving the bannable comments, not the other way around... I know the person he's talking about and he's a cool guy and tries to keep his ingame comments as clean as possible and and then got banned for "racist comments" that I doubt he even made.

I find it hard to believe. And yes, I'm stupid.
Sire, check your pm's. I sent you the screenshot of the... you know who... insulting him in pm's. Notice his responses and tell me he was the one who should have been banned.
EDIT: Wow, SirE... not even gonna look at the screenshot? lol. I can link you to the thread in which he originally posted if you'd like. Or to one of the many threads in which involve him trying to organize players to put a stop to... something... the gm's should be doing themselves.

I'll send you a screen shot of me not cussing so you can post it if I ever get banned for it, okay?
Haha ok, whatever man. You can stay in denial for all I care.
The gm's are not perfect, nor do I expect them to be.. however situations like this do occur and I DO want to help them improve so that stuff like this can be avoided, but that's hard to do when all I get from an ingame petition is a computer generated reply that doesn't even contain the name of the gm I'm talking to. Then when I come on the official forums I have to dance around the subject to avoid being banned.
Maybe it has something in common with recent NC's staff reduction. They needed to solve a problem with understaffed GM team, so they "hired" ...you know who... for fastest ultimate responses on a one click.
Here is a post of my friends on my alliances's forum trying to get us involved in stopping the... you know what. Read this and tell me this guy is a racist and should be banned. I have edited out his name and the name of the... you know what so as to avoid being banned. I will gladly pm anyone a link to the unedited version if they wish.
"This message is being posted here due to the attendance your clan/alliance has shown within our campaign against the ****** alliance. We have been experiencing some organisational problems, not beyond the scope of what was expected, and these are the steps that I am taking to resolve them. The reason I have decided to post this on the clan forums is so as not to clutter ***, and also to give your members the chance to respond on this board. I will be checking all boards where I have posted this periodically, to get unique feedback from each group.
I wish for the Entente to be successful, and I am aware my experience leading such massive forces is limited. The Entente's mission is to stop ******; and this is accomplished by organising groups to remove the raid bosses that ****** wants to do. Based on our successes (and failures) I believe the following is the most sound tactical strategy to employ;
1 kill raids before ****** shows up
They have perfected methodology for screwing up player controlled raid groups, and without a complete player-killing spree, we stand little chance of outperforming multiple bishops and elven elders.
2 find out which raids are the most important to ******, and kill them before they can get there
This will require an organised strike and scout force to be able to move in, toast a raid boss, and leave. This will be difficult.
3 show other players that it isn't futile, and raid bosses can be killed
A lot of legitimate low and medium level clans on this server have never attempted raid bosses even though they may be capable of it. They simply do not believe it can be done.
Another important note;
Help give players the ability to play! On the last raid, I met a number of players whom had never been in a raid boss fight before. Nor had they seen so many players at once. These raids, although a fight against ******, are also providing an experience for these players that they otherwise couldn't have. I think that's worth defending.
The extensive cooperation of many clans hostile to each other has made this possible. I know it's annoying to see war tags all around you and resist killing them, but the alternative is far worse. I will continue to do my best to stem the control of ****** on any raid bosses we locate, and the support of individual players from your alliance is greatly apprieciated.
The reason for this post;
I (***********) am new to mobilising armies of this magnitude. I am looking for suggestions, feedback, etc, regarding the way things have been organised.
I need to know if people believe what the Entente is trying to do is right - I am convinced it is.
Killing ****** has no effect. Killing the bosses should hurt a great deal more."
I don't have access to the chat logs so it is possible he said something that he shouldn't have. However, judging from the way he responded to the pm's of being insulted, how he's handled the whole situation, and the fact that I've known him for quite a while leads me to believe the GM's are at fault here.
Although, this situation would not have even occurred if... you know who... were taken care of by the GM's. They've been around since the start of c3 and all they've done is grow larger since then. In fact, said individuals have been so effective, they've put all of their competition out of business.. erm I mean stopped them from sharing the same 24/7 raid boss killing habits, and have somehow "acquired" all of their competition's accounts.
Hell, we've even contacted NC's Ceo about them (we were told that they'd "look into it") and nothing has yet to be done about them so we're forced to take matters into our own hands... but when we do we get banned for being racist. GG.
EDIT: To the GM's... what proof must the players provide to get... you know who... banned? We've gone so far as to contact the CEO, which has yielded no results... we petition them almost every time we encounter them, and now we're starting to get banned for it. Just what do you need from us to prove what they are?
Since the beginning of Matrix GMs were the part of it. For a little while that last 3 chronicles and prelude there was nothing but this way of existance. They had to log in like regular players and be the part of matrix.
But there was a GMNEo who has been in matrix even though he was disconnected from it. And he said: " The spoon does not exist!" And spoon vanished in a little POOF. And poof vanished as well.
And GNNeo opened the world for those GMPeople who wanted to be the part of new order of justice and light. And they became the true power.
Even though true love of GMNeo is still stuck inside the evile Matrix. And she always says something very important to those stinky users who still live inside.
But there was a tru light among GMPeople. And it showed them the way to multiserver GMship. And it was for good.
Since C4 GMs access petition interface from outside of game without any need to log in. Most requests are handled in a manner of instant answer with instant petition closure. Due to some bug game doesn't recognise new interface very well, and thus can't provide real GM name for petitions before GM assignes petition to him/herself. But doing so, GM has to open petition and communicate with customer - the thing they don't want to do due to ineffectiveness of the process (each live conversation takes 10-30 minutes for a GM).
