INT effects spoil probability?

I have a lvl 56 Bounty Hunter and ive been thinking of putting a + WIT, - INT Tatt on him but i was wondering since INT decreases your chances to land abnormal effects on mobs, does Spoil fall under the abnormal effects catergory?
Afaik spoil isn't a magic skill, so my guess would be that it doesn't affect it.

Even if it did, it would only affect spoil landing rate, not spoil succes rate, thats defined by fixed chances on the mob itself.
I remember the time when I saw some dwarves with magic weapons, trying to increase spoil rate by increasing Matk... Oo

Of course it was just rumours, its a physical skill.
Thats what i thought also, of course its a physical skill based on lvl of mobs and lvl of the skill of course, but nothing else effects it. :)
