Ok...so this is my first time being a summoner and idk wut the hell to wear or wut kinda weapon i should use! Is it any fun being a summoner?? And r the unicorns any good?? Thanks :)
First Question:
Up to you, depends on play style.
Robes(Demon set) until 52 and use your nukes or Light from 40 to 78.
My advice (which is what im doing) would be demon till 52 and then from then on light armor.
Second Question:
Again up to your playstyle. If you go robes, then obvously a magic weapon. But if you go light, you have a lot of options to choose from, which again is up to whatever floats your boat (dagger(focus)-shield, dagger(focus)-noshield, duals(focus,health), blunt(health)-shield, etc.). Personally I use duals and robes until 52, but that's only because I have them overenchanted and available from another character so I don't have to spend anymore adena on C grade.
Third Question:
All summoners are fun to play, even though I wouldn't play a ES simply because it's not my style. Though it does have some awesome summons (that just happen to look girlish, except the one with blue flames :D).
Last Question:
Haven't played one, can't really tell but I know people don't use it as much as the others from what I read, but that's just their playstyle, not everyones...
i also see ESs with bows, looks like a good option
If you do go bow, please don't put an SA on it because in C5 it is a fact that mystics of any kind with bows will have lower accuracy(which you dont have a high one to begin with). But for C4, bow is a good option especially if you let the summon tank. At least that way when C5 comes, you can exchange bow for sword/blunt/dagger and not lose anything.
