I am new to L2 and was wondering if the extra cost of BSS are worth it at the lower levels? (10-15) I have met some really nice folks on Lionna and one of them gave me a bit of a starter kit in terms of gold. Should I save it for future gear(I think I have the best stuff you can buy under 30k) or should I buy some BSS to one shot mobs?
Quite frankly, I would use all the shots you get from whatever starter quests, noob guides etc first. Remember to do as many money quests as you can first.
If you can save money at the start then all the better. Believe me, the need of blessed shots will come later.

in which case no you can only use ngss, they are graded just like your weapon
