Boss Ring's

I could never afford one of those rings....but I do have a question about them

it says"increase in the amout of heal" what does that mean?

Does it mean if I am a tank and a healer heals or if I use pots does it mean I would get more?

or

does it mean If I am a healer wearing the ring and I heal someone, they would recieve more

If someone heals u, they heal for more then normal :)

Its like the Passive Nukers get for Recharge, just for heals this time
