Quest...to do or not to do??

i need some help one which quests to do and where they are.
it seems that most of the quests are pretty useless and don't do anything but waste time....
i haven't done any quests yet and i was hoping that someone would tell me which important quests i should do
i am lvl 17 right now so i need quests around my lvl :)

At early levels, any quest that rewards money or experience if good.

At higher levels, quests that reward experience and items such as recipes for top gear.

I'd stay away from quests that reward xp but no sp.

Yes cause it always sets you back. I never really liked xp-sp quests, but I try to do the rewards-quests as much as I can.
You can argue that the time you "lose" in doing quests and running around can be spent on normal grinding, but I believe some quests are actually worth doing.

I've done quests off and on for two years. There are some that I've found helpful, such as teh Coin Quest (to get to the Royal Member level) so we were able to get our own A-grade weapon recipes.

It's easier to say what to avoid - The TOI quests for A grade armor recipes are a pain. :)
