heart of paagrio please help

First off all hi to all.I create an orc overlord and i'll try to find the amulet heart of paagrio but to the sites i look (ingluding [censored].com) i didnt find it like drop.I know that the amulet exist becouse someone sell it for 7m adena (too muts for my pocket). Can anyone tell me where i can find it please?

Buy it in town or
do the Wish quest until you get it.
The wish quest, you need to ask for Wisdom. Repeat the quest until you get it.

As has been said, it's from the Wishing Potion quest. You start that quest with Matilda who is outside of Oren near the Forest of Evil Spirits (she's across the river from the Forest before you get to the waterfall).

You do the long, long quest (the first part has you have to kill a Tree in Cruma Swampland) the second part is repeatable as you try for the Heart Amulet.

Ask for Wisdom. You may get it first try or 50th try. But that's the only way to get it without buying it or having a group of people who give it to you.

In C4 they boosted the chance of getting just that amulet so getting it from the quest is not as hard as it used to be.

For someone who has not been to Matilda, the surest way to find her is to start at the GK inside the Ivory Tower. Exit to the south and get back to the main road. Turn right (west) and go until you reach a bridge over a river. Cross the bridge and head north. Stay on the west side of the river, until you see Matilda's hut. It is emitting smoke from her fireplace.

She is outside her hut. Be sure no one is around when you approach because if they wish for money, three aggro grimas may spawn. They are level 50, and killed me as I approached her the first time.

I want to say 10 seconds, but I'm not absolutely sure. I'll check tonight.

The duration goes up a bit every level if I'm not mistaken. Mine is up to about 15 seconds.

Yeah I checked. 15 seconds is what mine is at level 1.

IMO, if you do the wish potion quest, the best chance to get the Heart is to get at least 15 potions in hand and then wish for wisdom over and over again until you get the Heart... I got mine on the 13th try doing it this way, but before I did it this way I had tried 25x using a wish potion as soon as I got it without success. I had read several posts saying that this was the way to do it. Theory is that the drop is not completely random....don't know if true or not.....but worked for me...
